The rapid development of information technology makes a ubiquitous network possible and fundamentally changes users＇ information needs：the diversity and depth of users＇ needs leads to a boom of information service institutions which has a great influence on library＇s subsistence and development.Consequently,library should have further innovation and improve its convenience,to offer one-stop information retrieval services and to lower users＇ difficulties and shorten users＇ time on information searching.Meanwhile,library should focus on offering users better and convenience services under network environment.
