摘要
本文通过走访、座谈、数据分析、专家访谈等多种方法,找出当前独立学院教师的年龄、思想、行为、工作等现状,以期为学院管理者决策时提供必要的理论依据与数据支撑。
In this paper,with the help of visits,discussions,data analysis,expert interviews,and a variety of other methods,it finds out the current status of the teachers＇ age,ideas,behavior,and work in independent college,aiming to provide necessary theoretical basis and data support for college managers in decision-making.
