摘要
新课程改革中提出要建立积极的教师期望效应,教师对学生的期望会产生多方面的影响,既包括对其学业的促进,也包括对学生人格发展的影响。本文根据教师期望的特点及形成原因,寻找有效运用教师期望的方法。
In new curriculum reform,it proposes that positive teacher expectancy effect should be established.The teacher's expectancy on students can affect students' academic promotion and their personality development.In accordance with the characteristics of teacher expectancy and its forming reasons,this paper attempts to find out effective methods of using teacher expectancy.
