学校的教学理念与教学模式决定了人才培养方向,高素质导游人才的培养应紧跟市场发展的需要。在"世界汶川水磨桃源"建设的大背景下,旅游管理部门及旅游企业加大了对导游人才的需求,并且注重对汶川当地地域特色和羌族特色的深度挖掘与开发。在此新形势下,阿坝师专管理系旅游管理专业导游教学必须立足于专业特点,结合阿坝州本土文化特色,进行有效的导游教学模式改革。

Teaching idea and teaching mode of a school determines the directions of talent training,so quality guide talent training should closely follow market development.Under the background of ＂Wenchuan in the World, Taoyuan in Shuimo＂ construction,tourism management departments strengthen the requirements of guide talents and pay attention to the development of regional resources.In the new situation,guide teaching of tourism management major in our school should focus on professional characteristics and implement effective reform of tourism teaching mode based on the local characteristics of Aba.
