摘要
针对目前客户关系工作的实际,提出了相应的教学模式,用工作过程原理指导对客户关系管理课程进行项目制开发,对商务类学生客户管理能力提升做出了相应探索。
Based on the practical situation of customer relationship,this paper proposes relevant teaching mode,and guides the project-based development of "Customer Relationship Management" Course,and explores measures to improve commercial students' customer management ability.
