老师对于后进生应该给予更多的关注,一是要关爱后进生,通过家访了解情况;二是认真分析导致学生"后进"的原因,积极引导学生树立正确学习动机,形成良好学习习惯;三是善于发现后进生的闪光点,培养他们的特长,变后进生为特长生。

Teachers should pay more attention to backward students.They should care for backward and know their situations through home visit.Teachers should also carefully analyzes the causes of backward students and positively guide them to establish right learning motivation and develop good learning habit.Finally,teachers should be good at discovering the advantages of backward students,so as to cultivate their strong points and transform them to be excellent students.
