论中职院校英语教学存在的问题及对策

On Problems in Secondary Vocational English Teaching and the Countermeasure

现代一线专业技术岗位需求的增加以及专业技术人才薪酬福利的提高促进了中职院校生源的增加。针对中职院校生源情况特点,中职院校英语教学一直以来都是学生综合素质培养的难点。本文就中职院校英语教学存在的问题与对策进行了简要论述,以此为我国中职院校英语教学水平的提高、中职院校英语教学目标的实现提供更多的参考资料。

The increase of modern fist-line professional technical posts and the improvement of professional technical talents＇ salary promote the student source of secondary vocational schools.Based on the characteristics of student source of secondary vocational schools,the writer holds that English teaching in secondary vocational schools is always a difficult point of cultivating students＇ comprehensive quality.This paper expounds the problems in secondary vocational English teaching and the countermeasure,so as to provide more references for the improvement of English teaching in secondary vocational schools.
