摘要
高校教师党员在高等教育事业发展中发挥着极其重要的作用。本文从高校教师党员要坚定共产主义理想信念、提高师德修养水平和强化高校教师党员中党员干部以及青年教师党员骨干中坚力量三方面进行阐述,将进一步促进高校教师党员队伍建设。
College teacher party members play an important role in the development of higher education.This paper discusses it from such aspects as socialism belief,teachers＇ accomplishment and backbone of teacher party member,so as to further promote the construction of college party member group.
