摘要
山区农村高中学生思想和心理成长面临着许多难题,这对学校政教工作提出了更高的要求,但目前山区农村高中的政教工作的理念、方法、机制、人员素质都比较落后,急需从这些方面着手改善山区高中政教工作。
There are many problems in psychological growth of students in mountainous rural areas,which proposes higher requirements for school political education,but its concept,method,system and personnel quality relatively lag behind.It is urgent to improve it from the above aspects.
