摘要
随着我国经济的发展,企业的差旅活动日益频繁,差旅开支不断增多。借助专业的差旅管理公司进行差旅管理来节省支出,成为了很多企业的必然选择。将我国的差旅管理经营模式划分为中外合作经营模式和自主经营模式,选取了两种模式中经营状况较好的两个企业——国旅运通和携程旅行网作为典型案例,并从市场定位、差旅管理资源、技术和管理创新、服务内容、服务流程、服务网络和盈利渠道7个方面对二者进行了比较分析。最后基于我国市场特点,结合二者的成功经验,得出了旅游企业差旅管理的6点启示。
With the development of our national economy,enterprises' travel activities are increasing frequently,as long as the annual cost in these activities.It has become an inevitable choice for enterprise to use the professional travel management company to manage travel activities,in order to save cost.In this article,the travel management business model in China is divided into Sino-foreign cooperative model and independent model.This article selects two enterprises which are good in managing travel activities-CITS American Express and Ctrip as model cases,and compares them in seven aspects: market orientation,travel management resources,technology and management innovation,service content,service procedure,service network and earning channel.Finally,based on the characteristics of Chinese market and the successful experiences of two companies,it put forward some revelations about travel management to tourism enterprises.
