基于旅游者健康视角下的青藏高原旅游适应区开发研究——以青海高原旅游区为例

Analysis on Design for Qinghai Tourist Adaptive Areas based on the Theory of Tourist Health——Take Tourism Adaptive Area of Qinghai Plateau for Example

青藏高原高海拔对旅游者的健康影响是客观存在的,依据旅游健康思想和高原习服理论,结合青海旅游资源空间分布及其海拔高度优势,提出青海高原两个旅游适应区即环西宁旅游区和柴达木盆地旅游区,并对旅游适应区的不同适应时期做出相应的线路设计,旨在为赴青藏高原旅游者的健康旅游提供理论基础和实践指导。

It＇s objective existence that high altitude of Qinghai-Tibet plateau has negative effect on tourists＇ health.Based on the ideas of tourist health and the theories of Plateau adaptation by plateau medicine researchers from home and abroad,the paper combined with the characteristics of Qinghai tourist resources distribution and altitude puts forward two tourist adaptive areas in Qinghai Province,i.e.,Around Xining Tourist Area and Chaidamu Basin Tourist Area,and also makes detailed itinerary design for each tourist adaptive area,aiming at laying a theoretic foundation for healthy traveling in Qinghai-Tibet plateau.
