摘要
市场营销战略已成为企业创造价值的重要途径。以GRAND A公司为例,对LED照明企业的市场营销战略进行SWOT分析,发现GRAND A公司的市场营销潜力巨大,优势和机会极为明显,但也面临极大的威胁,存在较大劣势。应积极采取集中化战略和差异化战略,持续提高其核心竞争力和市场份额,实现企业的战略目标。
The marketing strategy has become an important way of enterprise to create value. Taking GRAND A company as an ex- ample, this paper has done an SWOT analysis on marketing strategy of LED lighting enterprises, and finds that market- ing potential of GRAND A company is tremendous, advantages and opportunity is very obvious. But it also has confront- ed with great threat and big disadvantage. We should actively take focus strategy and differentiation strategy, continue to improve its core competitiveness and market share to realize the strategic target of enterorise.
