教学秘书在高校教学管理工作中发挥着重要作用。本文首先阐述了现阶段我国高校教学秘书工作现状和存在的问题,详细分析了产生这些问题的三大主要原因,进而提出正确认识,充分肯定教学秘书岗位在教学管理中的作用;加强培训,提高教学秘书队伍自身职业素养;提高待遇,用灵活的考核机制激励教学秘书队伍良性发展的对策和建议。

Teaching secretaries are important in the teaching management of universities.They exert important parts in the teaching management system.This paper analyzes problem of the teaching secretaries in the system,puts forward some advices such as correct understanding of the importance of teaching secretaries;through the training make them have good work ability to optimize their work and set up the motivation mechanism.
