西安市幼儿教师资格认证标准的调查研究

Research in Xi'an on Qualification Authenticating Standard of Kindergarten Teachers

促进幼儿教师专业化发展能够保证学前教育质量的提高,而完善幼儿教师资格认证标准是促进幼儿教师专业化发展的一个有力措施。从我们对西安市不同性质的幼儿园所做的调查研究可以看出,幼儿教师资格认证标准还不完善。就此,我们提出了自己的几点建议,希望能从提高教师专业化发展方面促进学前教育质量的提高。

Promoting the professional development of kindergarten teachers can guarantee the improvement of pre-school education quality.Perfecting the qualification authenticating standard of kindergarten teachers is a key measure to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers.We can find that the qualification authenticating standard of kindergarten teachers is imperfect from the study of several kindergartens in Xi＇an.So,we propose several suggestions,expecting improving pre-school education quality from promoting the professional development of teachers.
