“以赛促学”在技工学校教学改革中的研讨

Discussion on "Promoting Learning with Competition" in the Teaching Reform of Technical Schools

在传统实训模式基础上进一步实施"以赛促学"、"以赛促训"的教学模式,有助于进一步提高技校毕业生的实践能力和创新能力。要在专业课程的正常学习外,以实训项目为依托,组织专业技能竞赛,应当注意四个要点,即合理划分竞赛小组、恰当选择或设立竞赛项目、赛前集中研讨与解读竞赛项目、赛后注意检查评估与信息反馈。

Based on traditional training mode,we further implement the teaching mode of ＂promoting learning with competition＂,which helps to further improve technical school graduates＇ practical ability and innovative ability.In addition to normal learning of professional courses,it should be supported by practical projects.In the process we should pay attention to four points,namely,reasonable differentiate competition teams,appropriate choice or the establishment of competition projects,pre-competition discussion and interpretation,post-competition evaluation and information feedback.
