摘要
探讨医用化学实验课前准备工作改革的意义。将240名学生随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组学生上常规实验课;实验组学生除了上常规实验课,全部参与实验前试剂和仪器设备的准备工作。实验结束后,对2组学生进行考核。结果,实验组实验报告成绩、实验理论笔试成绩和实验操作成绩均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。医用化学实验课前准备工作的改革与实践,不仅对学生更好地掌握化学知识有重要作用,而且能帮助学生理解巩固化学知识,还能培养学生的实验操作技能、观察能力、思维能力、自学能力和创新精神。
To explore the significance of the reform of pre-lesson preparation for medical chemistry experiment,240 students are randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group students take conventional experimental class,and the experimental group students not only take conventional experimental class,but also participate in the preparatory work for the reagents and equipments before experiment.When the experiment ends,we take an assessment for the two groups of students,and the result shows that the performance of the experimental group is better than that of the control groups(P0.05).Reform and practice of preparatory work for experiment class of medical chemistry not only plays an important role for students to grasp chemical knowledge better,but also helps them to understand and consolidate the chemical knowledge and develop students' experimental skills,observation ability,thinking ability,learning ability and innovative spirit.
