Strengthening Student Affairs through Enhancing Humanistic Concern

高校学生工作是一种特殊的社会活动,其职能是对学生进行有效的教育、管理和服务,并促进学生成长成才。近几年,高校学生工作出现了一些新的变化,特别是随着"90后"陆续迈入大学校园,更加要求现有高校学生工作进行转变。那么,如何针对高校学生工作面临的背景,积极探索学生工作创新的有效途径,提高学生工作效率,成为眼下十分现实而重要的任务。本文通过探讨将人文关怀引入高校学生工作,尊重、关心、帮助大学生全面、自由、充分的发展,从而打破传统学生工作格局,在夯实学生工作的基础上,创新学生工作方法。

The student work of colleges and universities is a special social activity. It is used to provide an education and management efficiency,and facilitate the development of college students.In the last few years,there are some new changes emerged in the student work of colleges and universities.With attending university of the generation after 90s, those changes required the transformation for existing student work more. So, facing this situation,how to explore the effective and innovative ways in student work will become a particular task in the present stage.This article through the discussion in introducing the humanistic concern to the student work of colleges and universities, respecting,concerning, and helping the college student development comprehensively, freely and sufficiently. Consequently, we can break the traditional pattern of student work and innovate many new ways in the basic of tamping the student work.
