在分析重庆气象事业发展现状、面临的机遇与挑战的基础上,围绕构建具有世界先进水平的气象现代化体系,提出了重庆率先在西部实现气象现代化的发展思路与目标,并初步构建了重庆气象现代化的指标体系。

Based on the analysis of Chongqing meteorological development status,and its opportunities and challenges,with the world＇s advanced level of meteorological modernization system,this paper puts forward the thought and target of Chongqing pioneer in realizing meteorological modernization,and preliminarily construct an index system for Chongqing meteorological modernization.
