谈高校青年教师的自我培养

Self-Cultivation of Young University Teachers

当今社会科学技术飞速发展,国际竞争愈发激烈,为社会培养有用人才成为高等教育不可推卸的重任。高等院校目前以青年教师为主要教学力量,加强对青年教师的培养成为亟待解决的问题。本文以一名青年教师的工作经历,总结关于青年教师如何加强自我培养的几点体会。

With the rapid development of technology and the increasingly fierce international competition in contemporary society,how to train college students to be qualified personnel has become an important task for higher education.As young teachers are the main teaching forces in institutions of higher education,the cultivation of young teachers becomes a major problem to be solved. Based on a young teacher＇s own experiences, ways of strengthening self-cultivation are discussed in this paper.
