"90后"大学生已逐渐成为高校学生的主力军,如何培养他们独特的个性与创新意识,是摆在我国教育事业中的重要问题。本文结合"90后"大学生的自身特点,提出了"90后"大学生个性化教育的一些具体措施。

＂Post -90s＂ has become the main force of college students,and how to cultivate their individual personality and innovation consciousness is the important problem in our country education system. Combining with the personality of the ＂post-90s＂ college students, this paper proposes concrete measures of ＂post-90s＂＇s personalized education.
