The professionalism of our high school English teacher is an important part of the teacher professional development,a direct impact on high school students English language ability. From the three levels of English knowledge, English proficiency and cultural awareness of secondary school English teachers should have English language literacy, and on this basis to work out specific standards of English literacy of secondary school English teachers.
