基于“党员之家”有效载体的高校社区党建工作机制研究

随着高校体制改革和后勤社会化改革的不断深化,学生公寓已成为大学生学习、生活的重要场所,高校学生社区的党建工作已日益引起重视和关注。在高校形成基于"党员之家"有效载体的高校社区党建工作机制,能充分发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用,实现学生党员"自我管理、自我教育、自我服务"的目的。

With the continuous deepening reform of university system and socialization of logistics, student housing has become the important place for the students to learn and life,the party work of the university student community has been concerning. The formation mechanism based on the effective carrier which is the family of the party members, can give full play to the exemplary role of student party members, achieve the purpose of that the student party can be ＂self-management, self-education, and self-service＂.
