用人单位视角下高职学生就业能力分析——以江苏城市职业学院信息工程系2010届毕业生为例

An Analysis of Higher Vocational Students' Employability from the Perspective of Employers:A Case Study of Year 2010 Graduates from Department of Information Engineering of Jiangsu City Vocational College

大学生就业能力是用人单位、高校、学生各方都关注的热点问题,本文通过对我校部分毕业生所在用人单位的调查发现高职学生的就业能力有着自身的特点,并构建了高职学生就业能力培养模式,对高职院校推行教育改革具有重要意义。

College students＇ employability is concerned by the employers,universities,students.This paper finds the characteristics of vocational school graduates＇ employability through a survey. According to the characteristics,this paper constructs the mode of students＇ employability. It is important to the educational reform of vocational schools.
