本文从师德的师爱原则概述了热爱学生是教师师德方面的一项最重要的内容,是教师的行为准则,真诚的师爱能够促进学生上进和全面发展。提出了高校辅导员在工作中要做到热爱学生,就必须做到走进学生的心灵去赏识学生、信任学生、做学生的知心朋友,但不能偏爱学生,也不能迁就学生。

Care for students is the code of conduct for teachers, sincere care for students can promote students progress and comprehensive development. It raises that college counselors work to love the students, and they should go into the students＇ hearts to appreciate, trust them, and should be their intimate friends, but should not have partiality for them and yield to them.
