摘要
"三位一体"以党支部为核心,以团支部为主导力量,以班委会为主要执行机构,促进学校党建、团建和班级学风建设工作。模式在运行实践中,仍然存在着党支部在班级中认可度较低、团支部建设较薄弱、三组织之间的关系不太协调等问题,本文旨在分析存在的问题,提出完善"三位一体"模式的建议,以促进高校学生教育管理工作的开展和大学生自我管理水平的提高。
The ＂three-in-one＂ mode, with the cooperation of the party, the youth league and the class, promotes the construction work of the three sides. But there still exist various problems in the operation of this mode. After analyzing these problems, this paper proposes suggestions on perfecting this mode, so as to promote college student education work and college students’ self-management level.
