摘要
本文主要研究作为大学生社会实践方式之一的校企合作模式中的实习教学环节,对学生全面素质水平提高的积极影响。文章通过分析天津商业大学光大期货研究院校企合作培养期货方向研究生的案例,认为校企合作办学模式中的社会实习机会有助于提高大学生的职业能力,培养大学生的良好职业素养,有助于培养大学生认真负责的工作态度和团结协作的团队精神、良好的组织纪律观念,是新形势下大学生高素质培养的有效途径之一。
This essay mainly researches school-enterprise cooperation, which is one type of social practice. This cooperation promotes the ability of university students. This essay points out that the social practice in school-enterprise enhances the occupational ability of university students and training professionalism and responsible work attitude and solidarity of team spirit through analyzing the postgraduate student training scheme in Guangda futures research institute. Finally, this essay indicates that school-enterprise cooperation is good way for promoting the ability of university students.
