主动脉窦瘤破裂的影像诊断价值

IMAGING DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF RUPTURED VALSALVA SINUS ANEURYSM

目的 分析主动脉窦瘤破裂的影像学特征 ,评价其影像诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术证实的 18例主动脉窦瘤破裂的 X线平片、超声影像学变化 ,比较其在诊断上的作用。结果 X线常规平片结合临床诊断率为 6 6 .6 7% ,超声波符合率为 86 .6 7% ,彩色多普勒超声可以准确显示窦瘤的形态、部位、破入房室方向及并发症。结论 心脏 X线常规平片、超声波检查、临床三者结合可于手术前及时。

Objective To analyse the imaging peculiarity of ruptured valsalva sinus aneurysm and to discuss its evaluation of imaging diagnosis.Methods 18 cases had been proved to have ruptured valsalva sinus aneurysm by surgical operation. Plain film findings and echography of the cases were reviewed and a pomparative study was performed about their uses in the diagnosis.Results Correct diagnostic rate by the plain film combined with clinical information was 66.7% and the diagnostic rate by echography was 86.67%. Colored Doppler Ultrasound could not only observe shape, location and ruptured direction of the sinus sneurysm, but also show its complications.Conclusion timely and correct diagnosis before operation can be obtained through the plain films, and the echography as well as clinical presentation
