摘要
随着应用型人才的培养进程加快,师资队伍建设要尽量满足实际教学的需要,还要适应相对稳定的发展需要,通过引人"双师型"素质师资,来改善教师队伍结构,主要通过兼职形式,聘请具备教师素质、教学能力,特别是实际工作能力强的兼职教师来解决实践能力教学的急需。兼职教师来源可以是科研院所、相近院校,企业的生产、管理、服务等一线骨干。本文在界定"双师型"教师内涵的基础上,指出当前应用型高校"双师型"师资队伍建设存在的政策制度失衡、激励机制缺乏、兼职渠道不畅等问题,并提出相应的对策性建议。
With the accelerating process of applied personnel training,teacher team construction should not only try to meet the actual teaching demand,but also adapt to the relatively stable development need.By introducing "dual-qualification" teachers,the structure of teacher team can be improved.Part-time teachers can be the backbones of scientific research institutes,similar institutions and enterprises.Based in the definition of "dual-qualification" teacher,this paper points out some problems,and puts forward the corresponding count-ermeasure.
