摘要
本文研究高校的学生评教问题,假定学生和学校评教制度的不同情况,运用信息经济学的信息不对称等理论分析了四种不同情况下持不同教学观念教师的教学选择;建议从完善课程考核、解决教学型教师出路问题、分两方面进行考核等途径解决目前学生评教的弊端,以促进教学质量提高。
This paper studies students' evaluation of teaching.It is assumed students and evaluation of teaching system of college.It studies on four different choices of teachers holding different teaching concept,using information asymmetry theory and other theories of information economics.It put forward some suggestions to solve the disadvantages of students' evaluation of teaching and improve teaching quality: perfecting the course examination,solving the outlet problem for teachers of the type of instruction,evaluating teaching from two aspects.
