大学生课外体育锻炼的现状调查与对策研究

A Survey on the Current Situation of College Students' Extracurricular Sports Exercise and the Countermeasure

本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查等研究方法,对我校大学生课外体育锻炼的现状进行实地调查,并提出促进我校大学生课外体育锻炼进一步开展的建议,为高校改进和加强课外体育锻炼提供参考依据。

By adopting the method of literature date and questionnaire,this paper makes a field investigation on the current situation of students＇ extracurricular exercise in our college,and proposes suggestions on its further implementation.
