学校体育是终身体育的基础,运动兴趣和习惯是促进学生自主学习和终身坚持锻炼的前提,兴趣是学习的初始动机,也是有效学习的保证,在体育教学中,培养学生的体育兴趣,不仅是完成教学任务的需要,也是为学生终身体育打好基础。如何在低年级体育教学中激发学生对体育学习和运动的兴趣,是实现新课改目标和价值的有效保证。
