摘要
面对严峻的就业形势,如何提高学生的职业能力,实现"零距离"就业,是一个沉重的话题。在高职人力资源管理课程教学过程中,应加快改革教学模式和教学方法,努力提高学生接受知识的能力和创新能力,增强学生的竞争力。
Faced with the severe employment situation,how to improve students' professional ability and to realize "zero distance" employment has become a heavy topic.In higher vocational education,in the teaching process of human resource management,we should accelerate the reform of teaching mode and teaching method,and strive to improve students' ability of accepting knowledge ability and innovative ability,so as to strengthen their competitiveness.
