英国高校学生事务管理对民办高职院校学生工作的启示——以广州城建职业学院为例

The Enlightenment of British College Student Affair Management on Student Affairs in Private Higher Vocational College: Taking Guangzhou City Construction College for an Example

本文通过对《走进英国高校学生事务管理》的学习,结合本人工作的实际情况,对民办高职院校辅导员工作的思考,主要体现在理解概念差异、民办高职院校学生事务管理工作自主管理开展的基础和自主管理开展的进程三个方面。

Through the learning of ＂Entering British College Student Affair Management＂,combined with the actual condition,this paper reflects on private higher vocational college counselors＇ working,mainly reflected in different understandings of the concepts,the basis for the independent student affair management in private higher vocational college and the process of independent management.
