旅游管理本科毕业生就业问题探讨

The Analysis of Tourism Management Undergraduates' Employment

近年来,随着我国旅游事业的迅猛发展,专业人才的需求明显攀升。由于旅游管理专业操作性强、基层人才需求大等特点使得旅游管理专业本科毕业生就业问题日益突出。本文从高校培养、行业发展两方面分析了影响高校旅游管理专业本科生就业能力的问题及原因,拟提出解决目前我国旅游管理专业本科生"难就业"和"非本行业就业"的局面。

In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism in our country,the demand for professionals was rising.Due to characteristics of strong professional operation and the big demand of basic level talents,the problem of tourism management undergraduates obtaining employment has become increasingly prominent.This paper,from two aspects of the universities and industry development,analyzes the questions and the reasons for College Tourism Management under-graduates＇ ability of obtaining employment,proposed a solution to the current China＇s tourism management undergraduates＇ ＂difficult employment＂ and ＂the industry employment＂.
