以人文素质教育为核心 全面提升医学生就业能力

Improving Medical Students' Employment Ability with Humanistic Education as the Core

近年来,随着就业形势的日益严峻,医学生的就业能力成为影响就业的重要因素。笔者认为,人文素质教育是提高医学生就业能力的重要途径。本文将从中外对于就业能力的解释、医学生就业能力的核心构成要素以及以人文素质教育为核心提升医学生就业能力的策略三个方面入手对提高医学生的就业能力问题进行探讨。

Recently, along with the increasingly severe of the employment situation, the medical students＇ ability of employment became an important factor that affects on employment. The author holds that the education of humanistic is an important method to improving the medical students＇ ability of employment. The article will discussed in three aspects, includes the meaning of ＂the ability of employment＂ from the Chinese and foreign; for the medical students, what＇s the core elements of the ability of employment; and the strategy on improving the medical students＇ ability of employment.
