当前高校就业指导课程改革思路刍议——基于自主学习理论的视角

On the Reform of Employment Guidance Course in College: From the Perspective of Autonomous Learning Theory

目前,高校就业指导课程主要包括职业生涯规划、就业思想动员、政策解读、应聘技巧、求职信息等方面。内容的陈旧、师资力量的匮乏以及传统"以教师为中心"的教学方式导致高校就业指导课程名存实亡,已经无法有效提高大学生就业能力。基于自主学习理论提出的以自主学习为主要学习形式,以素质培养为突破口,以自主性提高就业能力为目标的高校就业指导课程改革思路,对提高就业指导课程效果,指导大学生就业,具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。

The current employment guidance course in college consists of career design, employment ideological mobilization, policy interpretation, employment skill and employment information. The stereotype teaching method makes this course out of date, and makes it useless in improving college students＇ employment ability. From the perspective of autonomous learning theory, this paper discusses how to carry out college employment guidance course.
