构建和谐师生关系是课堂教学的本质需要,是学生交往能力培养的需要,也是学生学习的需要。教师是构建师生关系的主导者,应遵循"以诚待人"、"有教无类"、"换位思考"等原则,运用技巧,想方设法建立与学生的友好人际关系,促进教学目标有效达成。
To construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship is the core need of class teaching,the need of students＇ communication ability cultivation, as well as the need of students＇ learning.The teacher is the leader of the construction, so he should utilize various skills to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
