高校大学生就业指导理念与模式探析

An Inquiry into College Students' Employment Guidance Concept and Mode

大学生就业难问题日益显现,高校就业指导工作面临着严峻的压力,积极探索与创新大学生就业指导的理念与模式就显得尤为重要。本文主要从树立"以人为本"的理念,开展大学生职业生涯教育、构建全程化的就业指导,实行就业导师制,形成"全员指导"促就业的良好格局等方面进行分析探索,力求有利于促进大学生成长和就业工作的可持续发展。

Graduates＇ employment is increasingly apparent, and university career guidance work is facing severe pressure, so to actively explore the concept of innovation of college students＇ career guidance and model is particularly important.In this paper mainly analyzes from the following aspects：to establish ＂people-oriented＂ concept,to carry out the career education of college students,to build a full career guidance,the implementation of the tutorial system of employment, the formation of the good pattern of ＂full guide＂ to promote employment,aiming to promote college students＇ growth and the sustainable development of their employment.
