摘要
文章结合高职生就业现状,根据班杜拉的"自我效能感理论",提出择业效能感的培养对于解决高职生就业困难有着十分重要的价值,分析了高职生择业效能感不佳的主要原因,并且提出了有效的培养方案。
Based on the employment status of the vocational college students and Bandura's self-efficacy theory,this paper proposes the importance of cultivating career decision-making self-efficacy,analyzes the causes of its weak situation in higher vocational students, and proposes feasible cultivation plan.
