摘要
345名毕业生的择业意向与就业准备情况的调查表明,他们对自己的劣势有较为客观的认识,但对自己的优势认识不到位;在与就业有关的需要方面,需要的强度由强到弱依次为择业需要、自我认识的需要、信息的需要和求职技能的需要;毕业生也存在焦虑情绪。建议为学生提供以下四方面的帮助:(1)指导学生正视自己的劣势,更重要的是认清自己的优势;(2)给学生提供就业信息;(3)指导与帮助学生求职;(4)给学生提供心理帮助。
345 graduates of the employment intention of graduates and employment readiness survey,their disadvantages are relatively objective understanding,but for its own advantage understanding does not reach the designated position;in employment-related needs, need strength from strong to weak for career needs, self awareness, information needs and job skills are needed; graduates also exist anxiety.Recommended for students with the following four aspects:(1)to help guide students to face their own inferior position, more important is to recognize their own advantage;(2)to provide students with employment information;(3)to guide and help students in jobhunting;(4)to provide students with psychological help.
