本文基于创建学习型社会为出发点,指出作为知识、信息集散地的图书馆,应抓住创建学习型社会这一机遇,与时俱进,将自身办成学习型图书馆。

In this paper, based on creating a learning society as the starting point,noted that,the library as knowledge,information center,should seize the opportunity of establishing the studying type society, and advance with the times, so as to become the learning type library.
