摘要
择业效能感是指个体对自己完成择业相关任务所需能力的信心程度,该概念已引发国内教育学心理学众多的实践与理论研究,本文总结了目前国内择业效能感现状及其特点,对择业效能感在不同性别、年级、学历、生源地、是否独生子、有无工作经历、获奖经历及工作意向等方面的现状进行了分析。
Career Decision-Making Self-efficacy is the extent to which an individual is confident to complete tasks concerning choosing jobs on one's own.This concept has attracted numerous educational psychological theoretical and practice research.The present paper summarizes current situation and characteristics of career decision-making self-efficacy in China and analyses the present situation of career decision-making self-efficacy with respect to different genders,grades,qualifications,students source,whether being the only child,having work experience or not,award-winning experience and work intentions.
