浅谈“母”的意象在老子思想中的伦理意蕴

On the ethical implication of the image of mother in the thought of Lao zi

"道"是老子思想里最高的哲学范畴,老子认为,"道"为天下母,是万物生成的根本,因此,"母"的意象在老子思想中具有特殊的伦理意蕴,其所涵盖的孕育之"母"、慈柔之"母"、文化传承之"母"不仅表现了老子"尚阴贵柔"的思想,而且对于延续中华传统文化具有重要意义。

Taoism is the highest philosophical category of the thought of Lao zi.Lao zi thought Taoism is the mother of the world,and the fundamental of all things generated.Therefore,the image of ＂mother＂ has a special ethical implication in the thought of Lao zi.It includes the mother of nurture,the mother of kindness and gentleness,and the mother of cultural heritage in it.They not only show a concept of venerating Yin and softness of Lao zi,but also have important significance for the continuation of traditional Chinese culture.
