作为开展社区教育较早的城市之一,上海在社区教育理论研究和实践探索中已取得了一定的成效。本文通过分析上海社区教育发展现状,突出上海文化特色对于社区教育发展的重要性,并以此为视角探讨了引领社区教育和谐发展的有效途径:以上海文化的快速发展为动力;创新社区教育文化内容与形式;大力开发、整合社区教育资源,建立和完善社区教育科学管理体制。
