摘要 针对初中生的年龄特点和个性特点,提出了课堂内分层指导策略和课堂外分层指导策略。着重分析了如何在课堂提问、课堂讨论、作业评议和与学生谈心中做到尊重学生的个体差异,量体裁衣,因材施教,从而使学生掌握正确的学习策略,达到事半功倍的效果。 According to the characteristics of Junior Middle School students' age and personality,the layered-guidance teaching strategies both in the class and out of class are put forward.The teacher must pay much attention to the individual differences during the process of asking questions,arranging discussions in the class and the evaluation of the homework and chatting with students out of class.In this way the students are able to grasp the right learning strategies and make a good result in English learning.
