中国勘察设计企业“走出去”的分析与思考

中国勘察设计企业走出去，并且走得稳、走得好，面临着设计文件的基本要求和表达方式的不同带来的风险、时间风险以及所导致的人力成本风险和费用风险、现场服务模式的巨大差异等风险，因此必须充分做好调研，加强对欧美和当地规范系统地收集整理和翻译，充分进行技术手段准备，大力提升人才的储备和培养。同时，国际标准的中国化在中国企业走出去的过程中意义重大。中国企业想要真正掌握国际市场的话语权，中国标准更需要国际化。

There are several risks when Chinese survey and design enterprises undertake project consulting overse as. First of all, there are risks because of differences between Chinese design document requirements and foreign ones. And there are human resource and cost risks caused by time evaluation. Sometimes there are huge differenc es between Chinese Field service pattern and foreign ones. So we should investigate and research of local market. Secondly we should strengthen the collection and translation of local standard. Also, the technical preparation and personnel training are very necessary. Finally, it＇s very important to introduce international standards into China a nd make the Chinese standards more suitable to the world.
