摘要
设计咨询企业在承接国际工程时,主要根据具体项目的情况和企业的风险管理能力来确定其可实施的服务模式。本文通过一个国际工程项目实例,从设计咨询企业作为分包方的角度,通过不同服务模式的对比,探讨了适合该项目的分包方服务模式。
In choosing the service modes to be adopted for the overseas projects undertaken by the design and c onsulting enterprises, the specific conditions of each project as well as the risk management capability of the enter prises involved shall be taken into account. Taking an actual overseas project as an example, this paper analyzes t he sub-contracting service mode suitable for this project by comparing different service modes in which the design and consulting enterprises are serving as sub-contractors.
