成人先天性巨结肠症的诊断和外科处理

Diagnosis and surgical management for adult Hirschsprungs disease

目的 :探讨成人先天性巨结肠症的诊断和外科处理。方法 :1985年 4月至 2 0 0 0年 3月共收治成人先天性巨结肠症 6例 ,男性 4例 ,女性 2例 ,年龄 14岁～ 4 0岁。无神经节细胞段在乙状结肠远端和直肠 2例 ,直肠 4例。 1例作了结肠造瘘。 5例作了 IKeda法手术。结果 :5例作了根治手术的病人排便功能优。结论 :成人先天性巨结肠症的诊断主要依据便秘史 ,钡剂灌肠检查和 /或肛门直肠测压。

Objective:[WT5BZ]To evaluate the diagnosis and surgical management for adult Hirschsprungs disease(H.D).[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]6 patients for H.D were performed operation between April 1985 and March 2000,4 patients were male,2 patients were female.Their ages ranged from 14 years to 40 years.Low sigmoid and rectd Aganglionosis was 2 cases,rectd Aganglionosis was 4 cases .Colostomy underwent in one case.Ikedas procedure was performed in 5 cases.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]5 patients who were performed definitive procedure had excellent result.[WT5HZ]Conclusions:[WT5BZ]The diagnosis for Adult H.D are main dependent on history of constipation,barium enema study and /or manometry examination.Ikeda’s procedure are a recommended technique. [WT5HZ]
