冬眠亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤

Application of mild hypothermia in treatment of severe brain injury

目的 :探讨冬眠亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的作用。方法 :对 4 4例重型颅脑损伤病人在常规治疗的基础上采用冬眠亚低温治疗 ,随机抽取常规治疗的 50例重型颅脑损伤患者与之对照比较。结果 :冬眠亚低温组治愈率为 54.5% ,对照组治愈率为 30 .0 % ;亚低温组死亡率为 2 2 .7% ,对照组死亡率为 4 2 .0 % (经 x2检验 P<0 .0 5)。结论

Objective:[WT5BZ]To investigate the effect of mild hypothermia on severe brain injury.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Mild hypothermia was administered to 44 patients with severe brain injuries in addition to conventional treatment and 50 patients with severe brain injuries treated conventionally were abstracted randomly as the control group.The cure rate and the death rate were analyzed respectively.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The cure rate of the mild hypothermia group was 54.5%,the cure rate of the control group was 30.0%,the death rate of the mild hypothermia group was 22.7%,the death rate of the control group was 42.0%.There were obvious differences for both the cure rate and the death rate(P<0.05).[WT5HZ]Conclusions:[WT5BZ]Mild hypothermia is an effective method in treatment of severe brain injury to reduce the death rate and to increase the cure rate. [WT5HZ]
