Influence of clinical and prognosis of blood pressure on acute cerebral infarction

目的 :探讨血压对急性脑梗塞临床及预后的影响。方法 :将 2 2 6例急性脑梗塞患者分为高血压组、正常血压组及低血压组 ,对其临床及预后进行分析。结果 :高血压组的神经功能缺损程度评分及头颅 CT表现均优于正常血压组 ,而以低血压组最差 :好转率则以正常血压组最高 ,低血压组最差。结论

Objective:[WT5BZ]To investigate the influence of the clinical and prognosis about the blood pressure on the acute cerebral infarction.[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ]226 cases acute cerebral infarction were divided into the hypertension group、the normal group and the hypotension group,to analysis their clinical and prognosis.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Both the nerve function defect degree and the brain CT of the hypertersion were better than those of the normal group,The hypotension group of them was poorest.The rate of taking teem for the better was highest in the normal group,was most poor in the hypotension group.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The prevention and treatment of the hypotension in acute cerebral infarction.
